Central Japan
Sunday 29 December 2013 22:59

Been to Japan for 3 times in my entire life and it's still my favourite Asian country to visit to (considering the fact that I can afford it). My flight was at 1am so that meant I had to sleep through the night in the plane. No idea how I could sleep for hours in the past but I couldn't even fall asleep for more than an hour not to say a few. Ended up with back and shoulder aches in the morning grrr.

Landed in Osaka first thing in the morning and Japanese people are mad polite wtf. Even a Singaporean working in the customer service isn't all that hostile.

I ran indoors cause it was freezing and I could hardly feel my nose. Makes me wonder how do people with plastic surgery noses feel.

FOODDDDDD

How nice would it be to study in such huge schools...... I'd most probably lose my way like I always do though.

Everything about the souvenir shops are that everything looks absolutely adorable. Or in terms of food, the packaging is super well-done even though it isn't your favourite food to have.

At Shinsaibashi! Perfect place to shop cause the whole alley is full of everything you are looking for.

Finally retreating back to the hotel for the night at Osaka Bay Tower. One thing to note if you're visiting Japan, no Wi-Fi at where you are staying at? It's probably not a hotel. Cause most hotels in Japan have Wi-Fi access. Lucky for me, each room is provided with it. Yippie!

Day 2

So I spent the whole day at USJ and I feel so thankful for the crowd in USS suddenly LOL. I can head for the mummy ride 3 times and only have to wait for 10 mins at most while in USJ, a totally different story. I had to queue for an hour plus just to ride a certain ride.

The Space Fantasy ride is a must try!!

And ending the second day with a very artistic shot of me which I'm totally being untruthful here HAHAH.

Day 3

Had the opportunity to take the shinkansen from Osaka to Kyoto just for the experience. Love how the trains have their individual seats which means no squeezing and people rushing just for the seats. I hate it when people rush and push just to get the bloody seats like they haven't sat in their entire life. -_-

Arrived at Kiyomizudera temple!

Got my fortune and the result was unlucky

Let's pray and hope and pray again that this isn't true. Continuing on ~

These were probably foreigners trying out the kimonos which you can rent in certain shops but it looks damn uncomfortable to me... I should still probably try it out one day!

Nabeyaki for lunch!! The person who served us was damn adorable HAHAH, she kept worrying that the stuff would overcook and helped us with cooking beef. According to what I remember, the owner of the shop was some guy who used to be a sumo wrestler and his pants were displayed on the wall. Wtf, it's like 6x the size of my pants.

Stayed at an onsen resort for the night and tada my dinner. LOOKS SO GOOD THAT I'M FEELING HUNGRY MYSELF AS I'M POSTING THIS.

Kinda dumped my outer wear when I entered the room first thing. And one thing you cannot miss, onsen!! When we first entered the onsen, nobody was there besides us until 5 minutes later..... all the oba-sans came in one huge group wts. Awkward.................................... But to them, it's kinda like a bonding thing.

Will probably post about day 4-7 next week even though technically it is already next week lol.
